Clutter Clearing Sessions with Creating Space DC LLC
These Terms and Conditions are designed to clarify how we will work together. Please read this document carefully.
General information about clutter clearing sessions
I will never tell you to dispose of any item. I may advise you and give you insights into how keeping clutter may be affecting you, but the final decision about whether you keep or dispose of any item will be entirely yours. I can therefore accept no responsibility for the consequences of any decision you may make.
I may be able to help you identify any items among your possessions that have potentially high market value, but you must acknowledge that I am not a qualified appraiser and do not have the expertise to identify items of special value or rarity.
I always take great care when handling items. However, accidents can happen, and you agree that I cannot and will not be held liable for any losses or damage, howsoever caused.
Confidentiality
You may rest assured that I will never divulge any personal or business details that I may see in the course of working with you.
Fees & costs
Payment is due in advance, and I accept credit card payments via an invoice I will email you from Square, or Venmo payments for the invoiced amount to @Christina-Bond-7
Cancellation or postponement
We both have the right to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If I have to do this, I will give you as much notice as possible and reschedule the session for a time that suits you. If you need to cancel or postpone a session, please give me at least 24 hours notice, otherwise 50% of the fee will be due.
Haul Away
I am able to take away a carload of donations in certain cases. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for haul away services, and also be aware that once the items leave your home, they are going straight to the donation center and we will not be able to get them back.
